ADI Instructor Training
At RPM Driving Academy there are no “hard sell” tactics employed. We understand that you will have most likely researched and “done your homework” and talked to a number of ADI Instructor Training service providers, many of whom will lure you towards a lucrative new career by paying substantial sums for their services, some will even dangle employment openings once you have passed the ADI process and are ready to start.
RPM are a little different, more pragmatic, and a lot more realistic. We will discuss with you your reasons for choosing a career as a Driving Instructor. We will tell you the WHOLE story warts and all, and assess your real aptitude for what can be a truly rewarding way to earn a living. If we believe you are not suited to this career, then unlike many other ADI training establishments, we will TELL YOU and TELL YOU WHY.
RPM Driving Academy will only let you book and pay for a full ADI course IF we believe that you have what it takes to go on to PASS the course as an ADI, and also then go on to build a career as an Instructor. We will provide an ASSESSMENT of you as part of a free trial lesson and discussion.
